Ex-Bucs Striker To Leave Arrows
Golden Arrows To Part Ways With Striker
Chiukepu Msowoya is on his way out of Golden Arrows, after only half a season with the club.
The former Orlando Pirates striker has had a disappointing stint with Abafana Bes’thende, since his arrival at the club in January. The 28-year-old scored an own goal in his first game back in the PSL, during the 5-2 loss for Arrows against SuperSport United on his debut for the KZN outfit in February.
The player’s misfortune continued as he was shown a red card in the game that followed, which was against Bloemfontein Celtic. Having signed a six-month deal with Arrows when he joined the club from Malawi’s Nyasa Big Bullets in January, Msowoya is set to leave Clinton Larsen’s side with an indication that his deal will not be extended.
“Chiukepo Msowoya is on his way out of Golden Arrows. It’s the nature of the game, players come and players go,” said the source.

Msowoya was on Pirates’ books for a period of two years, between 2010 and 2012. He also had a stint with Platinum Stars when he was loaned by the Buccaneers to Dikwena.
