European Coach Interested In A PSL Role
News reaching the Siya crew is that Croatian football coach, Tomislav Stipic, is keen to join a club in the PSL as the next step of his career.
For the better part of his young coaching career, Stipic has coached different teams in Germany in recent years. He started off as the coach at FC Ingolstadt, for the German club’s youth and reserve team respectively.
The 37-year-old has had stints with German clubs, FC Erzgebirge Aue and Stuttgarter Kickers, before he moved to China where he joined Nantong Zhiyun FC. A source close to the coach has confirmed to the Siya crew that talks are underway about a possible move to the PSL.
“He is in talks with three clubs in the PSL about a head coach role,” said the source.
Bloemfontein Celtic, Free State Stars and Maritzburg United are some of the PSL clubs expected to make adjustments to their respective technical teams.
