Poland 4-2 Montenegro

Poland finished off their successful qualification campaign with a 4-2 win over Montenegro.

Krzysztof Mączyński and Kamil Grosicki gave Poland an early 2-0 lead, but they would have had their hearts in their mouths when Stefan Mugoša scored twice late on to level the scores.

However, Robert Lewandowski restored the lead shortly afterwards before a Filip Stojković own goal sealed the game for the hosts.

Denmark 1-1 Romania

Denmark booked their place in the playoffs with a 1-1 draw at home to Romania, which saw them finish as runners-up to Poland in Group E.

Christian Eriksen opened the scoring in the 59th minute, but his goal was cancelled out by a late Ciprian Deac equaliser.

Slovenia 2-2 Scotland

Scotland fell short of qualification as they drew 2-2 away to Slovenia, putting them third in Group F.

Leigh Griffiths opened the scoring, but two Roman Bezjak goals sealed their fate. Robert Snodgrass equalised, but it was too little, too late.

Norway 1-0 Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland are on their way to the playoffs despite having lost their final Group C qualifier 1-0 to Norway.

Norway had a goal disallowed for offside in the 51st minute, but finally took the lead when Chris Brunt put the ball in his own net 20 minutes later.

Although Soderlund had a second Norwegian goal disallowed in stoppage time, the hosts held on for the win.
