Reports: Antonio Conte Eyes Four More Chelsea Signings
Chelsea's spending spree has reportedly not come to an end just yet, with Antonio Conte said to be eyeing another four more signings.
According to The Sun, the Italian is not completely happy with his squad and apparently feels he needs a few more reinforcements in order to compete for all four trophies in the upcoming campaign.
Conte is said to be looking for two more defenders, and it is believed he is targeting wantaway Southampton centre back Virgil van Dijk and Juventus wing back Alex Sandro – the former Italy manager is said to want a ball-playing defender, and also feels he needs somebody to challenge Marcos Alonso and Victor Moses in the wing-back positions.
Inter Milan's Antonio Candreva is another player Conte is keeping a close tab on as he is hoping to add another attacking option to his squad. The Italy international is often used on the right wing and could offer some competition for Pedro and Willian.
Lastly, Chelsea have been linked with Fernando Llorente for quite some time, and he is apparently seen as the perfect back-up for either Alvaro Morata or Michy Batshuayi
Conte has already made four signings in this transfer window: Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco, Antonio Rudiger from Roma, Willy Caballero from Manchester City and Morata from Real Madrid.
