Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has spoken about superstar Cristiano Ronaldo's future after he was said to be unhappy in Spain.

Last month, it was reported that the Portuguese wanted to leave Los Blancos as he was unhappy with how fans treated him in Spain, and also because he has been accused of tax fraud by Spanish authorities.

Zidane has now commented on the 32-year-old's future, insisting that the former Manchester United man is not going anywhere.

"He is on vacation, he is resting and he deserves it," he said, according to Sport.

"Have I spoken to him? No, because Cristiano Ronaldo is Madrid and he will stay with us."

Ronaldo was heavily linked with a return to United, while Paris Saint-Germain were also said to be after his signature.
