It is believed the Blaugrana will receive £198 million (R3.4 billion) from Neymar's expected transfer to PSG, and it is believed that Messi has an idea of which players the club should look to sign.
First on the Argentine's wish list, according to Don Balon, is national teammate and Juventus striker Paulo Dybala.
The former Palermo striker has enjoyed a fantastic rise in recent seasons, and played a key role when the Bianconeri knocked Barca out of the UEFA Champions League in the previous campaign.
Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho is also said to be admired by Messi, as are Paris Saint-Germain duo Marquinhos and Marco Verratti.
The French giants are apparently unwilling to negotiate any move for their Italian midfielder, who many believe could be a natural successor to Andres Iniesta.
Lastly, Messi reportedly wants the club to bring in defender Aymeric Laporte from Athletic Bilbao, according to Don Balon.
