The 25-year-old completed his move from FC Barcelona on Thursday evening for a world record fee of €222 million (R3.46 billion), more than double the previous record.
The Daily Express believes that German goalkeeper Kevin Trapp will retain his place between the sticks.
The publication then went with three Brazilians – Dani Alves, Thiago Silva and Marquinhos – at the back, along with Layvin Kurzawa, who is likely to be the team's first choice left back.
In a three-man midfield, French international Blaise Matuidi is accompanied by Julian Draxler and Italy star Marco Verratti, while former Real Madrid star Angel Di Maria is expected to occupy the right wing.
The report has suggested that Neymar could feature on the left side of Les Parisiens attack, which, like last season, is expected to have striker Edinson Cavani leading the line.
