Cristiano Ronaldo Does Not Want Kylian Mbappe At Real?
It has been reported that Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo does not want to see wonderkid Kylian Mbappe joining Los Blancos just yet.
Reports emerged last week claiming that the Spanish giants had reached an agreement with Monaco over the sale of Mbappe, although the rumours having seemingly died down once again.
Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane is, however, known to be a big admirer of the 18-year-old, but Diario Gol has now claimed that Ronaldo is reluctant to see the forward join his club in this window.
The sensational report suggested that the Portugal captain is afraid he might be overshadowed by the young Frenchman.
Mbappe is known to have idolised Ronaldo when he was a youngster, and even used to have posters of the Portuguese up on the walls of his room when he was around the age of 14.
The young talent has been tipped for great success in the future after contributing to 40 goals in 46 games for Monaco in their Ligue 1-winning campaign last season.
Real captain Sergio Ramos recently admitted he would welcome Mbappe to the Santiago Bernabeu with arms wide open, but it seems his teammate Ronaldo might not feel the same way.
