Super-Agent Comments On FC Barcelona Target's Future

By Keegan Kruger - Sep 11, 2017 09:57 AM @KeeganKruger

A controversial super-agent has commented on the future of a player who was heavily linked with a move to FC Barcelona recently.

'I Turned Down Man City, Not Guardiola!'

At the beginning of the latest transfer window, the Blaugrana tried their utmost to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti, but no deal materialised as the Ligue 1 side did not want to sell one of their star players.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba's representative, Mino Raiola, who recently became the Italian's agent too, is unsure what the future holds for his new client.

"Verratti will stay at PSG, at least for the moment," Raiola told Rai Sport's La Domenica Sportiva.

"I can't say about the future because I am not a magician."

Rumours have it that the Spanish giants will try to lure the 24-year-old to the Camp Nou again, but many expect that to only happen at the end of the current campaign.

Verratti has made 205 appearances for his French side so far, scoring six goals and assisting further 36 more strikes.

Do you think the Italy international should consider leaving PSG at the end of this season? Have your say in the comments section below.

Nay man they gonna charge prices over the roof, let them be! Ernesto Valverde should go after that French kid and forget even of Coutinho cause these players aren't worth the asking price but I agree with the purchase of Ousmane Dembele that was a great acquisition I'm happy!
