Real Madrid Star: I'm Not Interested In Joining Paris Saint-Germain
A Real Madrid star has insisted he has no desire to join Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain, despite the recent rumours surrounding his future.
Spain international Marco Asensio is considered to be one of the brightest stars in European football, and was linked with a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu in the past month.
However, the 21-year-old, who moved to Los Blancos from Mallorca in 2015, has now rubbished reports suggesting he is looking to leave the Spanish giants.
"I don't know how much I'm worth... I guess what my (release) clause says," Asensio told COPE.
"If I would go to PSG? No, not really, because I'm very happy here."
Asensio also revealed that he snubbed the opportunity to play for the Netherlands national team.
"Van Nistelrooy called me to convince me to choose to play for Holland," the Spaniard added.
"I was chatting to him for a while, then he passed me on to the national team coach, who told me he wanted me at all costs. But I wasn't in any doubt. I decided to play for Spain."
Asensio has made six appearances across all competitions for Real this season, and has already scored four goals.
