Ex-Blaugrana Star: FC Barcelona Board Is Useless
A former FC Barcelona star has publicly criticised the Catalan club's board for their failure to replace Neymar so far.
Christophe Dugarry, who had a short spell with the Spanish giants in 1997, believes Barca are going about their transfer business poorly.
"The directors of that club are useless," he told SFR Sport1.
"They lost Dani Alves and they signed (Lucas) Digne. Money is not a problem, because they have it.
"If they want (Ousmane) Dembele, all they have to do is pay."
"The same thing has happened with Coutinho and we have to stop haggling over 10 or 20 million euros, we have to pay, that's all," he added.
The Catalan giants have failed to sign a top attacker since Neymar's exit from the Camp Nou, with Dembele and Coutinho believed to be their top targets.
