Andre Gomes joined the Catalan giants at the start of last season, but is yet to hold down a starting berth at the club.

The Portuguese midfielder was subjected to boos from the home crowd at the Camp Nou during the 2016-2017 campaign.

However, According to Mundo Deportivo, the club have rejected a bid of €45 million from an unknown club.

Gomes' agent, Jorge Mendes is believed to have already met with the Catalan giants to inform them about the offer.

Mundo Deportivo also claim that Barcelona rejected a bid of €35million from Manchester City for the services of utility player, Sergi Roberto.

However, Barca head coach Ernesto Valverde is reportedly keen on keeping both players at the club for next season.
