Reports: Arsenal Star Set To Replace Robert Lewandowski At Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich are reportedly lining up one of Arsenal's stars to replace Poland international Robert Lewandowski.

Reports: Pep Makes Contact With Barca Star

According to The Sun, the Bundesliga champions would like Chile international Alexis Sanchez to replace their current No. 9 if he decides to leave the Allianz Arena.

Lewandowski is said to want to leave the German side after being left frustrated with the lack of support he feel he is getting from the team's manager and board.

The 28-year-old is also apparently unhappy with the amount of money the Bavarians are seemingly prepared to throw at Sanchez to lure him away from the Premier League.

Ancelotti's side are reportedly willing to offer the Chilean wages worth £350 000 (R5.8 million) a week, which would see him beat Lewandowski as the top earner at the club.

The Poland international was Bayern's highest goalscorer last season, with 43 strikes in all competitions, and apparently feels he deserves a new contract.

Sanchez, meanwhile, is yet to sign a new deal with the Gunners, and many think he could be looking for a way out of London.

The Chile superstar made 51 appearances for Arsenal last season, scoring 30 goals and assisting 19 further strikes.

Do you think Sanchez would be the right player to lead the line at Bayern? Have your say in the comments section below.

Sanchez desire to leave is not only money but major trophies aswel, Arsenal are fairly good team but there's no enough depth in the squad to win big things.
