According to BBC Sport, City have started talks with the London outfit about a potential deal for full-back, Kyle Walker.

Pep Guardiola has already parted ways with two right full-backs, after Bacary Sagna and Pablo Zabaleta's contracts came to an end.

The club are yet bring in a replacement, but Dani Alves is believed on his way to the Etihad after officially parting ways with Juventus this week.

BBC Sport claims talks are at an early stage, and no fee has been agreed for the England international.

Spurs recently handed full-back Kevin Tripper a new five-year deal, which could pave the way for Walker to make the switch.

Walker is a regular in the English national side, while he was also named in the 2016-2017 Premier League Team of the Year.
