Official: Leonardo Bonucci Completes Shock Milan Move

By Keegan Kruger - Jul 14, 2017 09:28 PM @KeeganKruger

Italy international Leonardo Bonucci has completed his shock move to Serie A outfit AC Milan on Friday.

Bonucci Set For Shock Move?

The 30-year-old, who is rated one of the best defenders in the world right now, decided to end his stay with Juventus after seven years of service.

Bonucci, who started his career at Milan’s city rivals Internazionale, has won the Italian league title six years in a row and claimed the Italian Cup three times.

Milan confirmed the signing of the centre-back on their official Twitter account and released the following statement.

It is rumoured that the centre-back has signed a five-year deal with Rossoneri and will earn around £110 000-a-week after tax.

Are you surprised that this transfer actually came about? Have your say in the comments section below.

This is a big statement of intent by the Rossanerri. Milan mean business this year they want to get back to Uefa Champions League. Excellent acquisition by the new Chinese owners.
