Official: Asamoah Gyan Returns To Europe
Ghana's all-time top goalscorer Asamoah Gyan has signed a contract with a European club, seeing him return to the continent after a five-year absence.
The 31-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-year deal with Turkish club Kayserispor, a move announced by the club on their social media account.
Gyan last played in Europe for Sunderland in 2012, where he impressed in the Premier League with many spectacular displays.
The striker was greeted by cheers from many fans upon his arrival in Turkey, before meeting with the club's board to finalise his move.
Since leaving England, Gyan has played for Al-Ain FC, Al-Ahli Dubai Club and Shanghai SIPG.
