The Premier League champions have been very quiet in acquiring players so far, while their sixth departure was confirmed on Friday morning.
Chelsea are yet to sign any new players, but are expected to enter the transfer market after their new Nike kit is launched on 1 July.
The Blues' current deal with adidas expires at the end of June, and widespread reports suggest that Chelsea did not want to announce any new signings in adidas kit.
The Daily Express has claimed that Conte has earmarked four key signings, which could cost the club £240 million (R4 billion).
AS Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko will reportedly become the first new arrival at Stamford Bridge, and could be announced during the kit launch on Saturday.
Bakayoko's transfer will reportedly trigger Nemanja Matic's £40 million (R676 million) move to Jose Mourinho's Manchester United. The French footballer will apparently cost the Blues £36.7 million (R620 million).
Next on Conte's reported wish list is left back Alex Sandro. The Brazilian could cost £61.2 million (R1.03 billion) – more than any other defender in history – and could arrive next week.
Chelsea have also reportedly offered £70 million (R1.2 billion) for Romelu Lukaku, but Everton are said to be holding out for £80 million (R1.3 billion), while Conte is also understood to be keen on Southampton centre back Virgil van Dyk, who would reportedly cost £60 million (R1.01 billion).
