Reports: City Considering Legal Action Against Arsenal

By SL International - Sep 03, 2017 12:02 PM

Manchester City are reportedly considering taking legal action against Arsenal after a move for Alexis Sanchez was blocked on Deadline Day.

City reportedly had a second bid of £60 million accepted by the Gunners for the services of Sanchez on Thursday.

However, after Arsenal's move for Thomas Lemar fell through, the club decided to keep a hold of the Chile international.

According to Chilean publication El Murcurio, the situation is not completely over as City are looking for clarification over the failed deal and are willing to take the matter further.

Another report from Chile claims the 28-year-old was not happy with the Gunners' conduct over the transfer window and is willing to go on strike.

I'm waiting with interest to see how Alexis Sanchez will perform after this saga.City must just try to sign a pre-contract on January to secure him against other clubs such as PGS...Buyern who will come for him when he's free.

Frankly it would be a waste of time from City because this will go nowhere as there was no documents signed. As for Sanchez going on strike,i don't think so.Sanchez is too much of a professional to do that, the guy carries his heart on his sleeve despite circumstances. And there is also the little thing called the World Cup on the horizon, which makes it imperative for players to perform at their best.Wishful thinking in my opinion.

Is there anything that said signed on a dotted line here? Yahlanya lo City if it was just a friendly verbal agreement Sanchez belongs to Arsenal he needs to live out his contract and fokoff after that, him and Ozil brought so much drama at Arsenal as I want Wenger to leave us in peace, them as professionals have not been behaving like ones, players who respected Arsenal have been let go peacefully

It's a complicated issue but for the mere fact that Alexis Sanchez is not satisfied they could've allowed him to depart to man city
