Diego Costa To Make Sensational Chelsea Return?
Controversial striker Diego Costa could reportedly return to Chelsea training after being registered in the club's Premier League squad for the season.
During the off-season, the Spaniard claimed he was contacted by Antonio Conte, who told him he had no future with the Blues.
Costa, who has admitted he wants to move to Atletico Madrid, is believed to have skipped the club's pre-season training as a result.
While it has been suggested the club are considering sueing the striker if he does not return to club for training, the Daily Star have claimed he could make a Chelsea comeback.
It is believed the forward could return to the club in a bid to get back into the Spanish national team, especially with the 2018 FIFA World Cup approaching.
It was revealed this past weekend that Costa was among the names included in Chelsea's league squad for the season, but that could change in January.
The player still apparently wants a move back to his former club Atletico, which could happen when their transfer ban is lifted in the next window.
Costa has scored 58 goals in 120 matches for the Blues, and has won two Premier League titles along the way.
