Aubameyang: I Won't Join Club Of My Dreams

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: I Won't Join Club Of My Dreams

By Keegan Kruger - Sep 22, 2017 11:04 AM @KeeganKruger

Borussia Dortmund superstar Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has revealed that he has given up on joining the club of his dreams.

African Star Returns To Playing After Horror Accident

The Gabon international was tipped to leave his Bundesliga side at the start of the current campaign, but in the end no move materialised during the recent transfer window.

Aubameyang, who has not hidden his desire of wanting to join Real Madrid, admitted that he has now given up on his Los Blancos’ dream.

"I have no dream," Aubameyang told RMC.

"I shall no longer speak of Madrid. They don't want me.

"This is not a problem. I move forward, I am well in Dortmund.

"We had an agreement with Borussia that I could leave. It didn't happen. It is a disappointment. But I'm also happy to stay."

The 28-year-old did admit that Serie A giants AC Milan were keen on his services, but nothing could be agreed upon at the time.

"Milan offered me something," Aubameyang added.

"I was very interested in the project, (but) it did not happen for many reasons."
