News reaching the Siya crew is that Mamelodi Sundowns striker Nyasha Mushekwi has joined Belgium side KV Oostende on a one-year loan.
If the team is happy his involvement and performances at the end of their season, they have the option to make the deal permanent.
Soccer-Laduma had previously reported that the attacker was at Oostende on trial, but initially they failed to secure a deal for the player. It seems that they remained interested though and have now secured the player's services.
The source confirmed to the Siya crew that the two clubs have now agreed terms and Mushekwi will turn out for the Belgian side this season.
"I don't have all the details because the deal was done by the legal department but what I know is that he has signed for KV Oostende. I am not sure for how much though," said the source.
The 25-year-old Mushekwi is among five strikers at the club, with three Belgium players and one Cameroonian in Sebastien Siani.
