Tsutsulupa To Stay At Swallows

Moroka Swallows coach Gordon Igesund has assured the team's supporters that despite the fact that captain Lefa Tsutsulupa has not yet signed a new contract with the club, he’s expected to remain at the team for some time.
The well-travelled coach told the Siya crew that they are still in discussions with the player and believe that they will reach an agreement and that the player will stay on at the team.
"Lefa knows what is expected of him on the field of play and we know what he is capable of doing. We want to keep him at the team and we will keep him here. He still has a lot to contribute to the team and his experience is vital for the club. And as I have said, he is not going anywhere.
“However that does not mean he is guaranteed a place in the team. He should fight for his position just like any other player. There was a time when he was sitting on the bench. He saw it was not the right thing and he started working hard for himself and the team and that is why he is still our player," Igesund concluded.
