Golden Arrows and SuperSport United will both be looking for a boost when they lock horns at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday.
Matsatsantsa were held to a 1-1 draw against Free State Stars when the season got back underway on Wednesday while Arrows lost out 3-2 away to Bloemfontein Celtic.
Abafana Bes'thende are currently in 12th place on the league table but with a number of signings in January, coach Mushin Ertugral will be looking to pick up some early results.
Defeat for Gavin Hunt's men could see them slip down to fifth place by the end of the weekend, after having conceded the lead at the summit to Mamelodi Sundowns before the break.
Both sides are currently on a four-match winless streak and getting the three points will definitely help their confidence going forward.
