League leaders Mamelodi Sundowns will be looking to get their second-half of the season off to a winning start when they travel to AmaZulu.
The Brazilians are currently three points clear at the summit, with Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United just behind.
Usuthu have not been too consistent so far this season but a late charge of four unbeaten games at the end of the year saw them rise to 10th place on the table.
The Brazilians have seen Doctor Mampuru return from injury and Anthony Laffor could make his debut off the bench after signing from SuperSport United in January. Hlompho Kekana will miss out due to suspension.
Usuthu will be without Tseko Lekata who will have to wait for his debut due to suspension.

Sundowns: Wayne Sandilands, Siyanda Xulu, Method Mwanjali, Punch Masenamela, Themba Zwane, Lebohang Mokoena, Siyabonga Ngubane, Elias Pelembe, Teko Modise, Katlego Mphela, Surprise Moriri.
