Stars Complete Moloto Deal
01 February 2012
The Siya crew can reveal that Platinum Stars have completed the signing of former Jomo Cosmos defender Tshepo Moloto. The Soccer-Laduma web and mobi-site broke the news that Moloto was training with Stars after being handed his clearance by Cosmos.
The 23-year-old player impressed during his trial with Dikwena and convinced coach Owen da Gama and his technical that he can add value to the squad.
Moloto confirmed the signing with the Siya crew. “Yes, I have signed and I’m happy. I’m happy that I’ll be working with him (Da Gama) because he is a great coach and I’ll be learning a lot from him,” said Moloto.
The Johannesburg-born player is hoping to revive his career at Stars after playing in only four games for Cosmos this season. Stars recently added four other players to their squad, in Mduduzi Nyanda, Lucas Thwala, Patrick Malokase and Chiukepo Msowoya from Orlando Pirates.
Nyanda joined the Phokeng-based side after a loan stint at SuperSport United in the first round of the 2011/12 campaign.

Owen has such a talented squad and the Bafokeng family are very supportive but he still fails them.

Moloto is confused. He was a defender at Jomo Cosmos but he want to be a striker. He is also trying to be a rapper of music. He is in stuio with Brown Dash, then at the ground.
