SSU And Borman Agree Terms

SuperSport United will complete the signing of former New York Red Bulls man, Danleigh Borman, within the next 24 hours.
The Siya crew revealed that the 27-year-old was close to signing a deal with Matsatsantsa last week and can now confirm that the deal should be done by the end of today.
The player’s agent, Paul Mitchell, of Siyavuma Sports, thinks that it will be a great move for both the player and the club. He told the crew, “I can confirm that we have agreed terms and await the signing of the paperwork within the next 24 hours. I’m sure Danleigh will be a great addition to the SuperSport United squad and also an asset to Bafana in the future, under a coach like Gavin Hunt I’m sure that he can take his game to the next level.”
Borman left South Africa for the United States in 2004 after coming through the youth ranks at Santos. He went on to play for the Rhode Island Stingrays, the Red Bulls and, more recently, New England Revolution. He will now get the chance to prove himself in the country of his birth.
