PSL Focus: Swallows v Chiefs
Venue: FNB stadium
Time: 18h00
Channel: SS4
After an impressive 3-2 win against Santos on Wednesday night, Moroka Swallows look like they’re taking from where they left off last year.
Gordon Igesund’s charges have been enjoying a good run in the league this season, compared to the previous one where they were flirting with relegation around this time of the season.
The Dube Birds visit Kaizer Chiefs for what is expected to be an interesting Soweto derby, as Amakhosi will be looking at improving their 1-all draw against Jomo Cosmos in their last fixture. Both teams are tied on 29 points and should fancy their chances going into this one.
Swallows boast better goal-scoring form, on 25 goals in 16 games, while Amakhosi have only managed to get the ball in the net 17 times. However, Gordon Igesund must be worried about number of goals they have conceded so far, with Greg Etafia being beaten 20 times, while Vladimir Vermezovic’s charges have only conceded 11 goal.
Form guide:
Chiefs: L,W,W,D,D
Swallows: L, W,D,D,W
Players to watch:
Chiefs: Lehlohonolo Majoro
Swallows: David Mathebula

An easy win for Swallows, the bald headed VV only has 2 games remaining as the chips coach before catching the first plane to Serbia. Swallows 3 - 1 Zebras. Ayeye
