No QPR Move For Mphela

The Siya crew can reveal that, Mamelodi Sundowns striker, Katlego Mphela's proposed move to English Premier League team Queens Park Rangers will not go ahead.
It was reported earlier this week that QPR are in the hunt for a striker and Mphela was brought to the attention of The Hoops by Rob Moore, the South African agent well known for placing the nation's top players in Europe.
Moore, however, confirmed to Soccer-Laduma today that a move will not take place because the London-based club are looking for a striker with European experience.
“They are looking first, and foremost, for a striker with UK experience and then if not, their preference is one who has played some time in European leagues,” explained Moore.
Mphela has long wanted a move from Sundowns to an overseas team, but a transfer now looks unlikely in the current transfer window.
