No Nsabiyumya Deal At Swallows

Moroka Swallows coach Zeca Marques has revealed to the Siya crew that Frederick Nsabiyumya is no longer training with the Soweto-based outfit.
The Burundian defender had been training with the side, allowing Marques the opportunity to have a closer look at his ability. The young defender is hoping land a PSL deal and emulate his countryman Valery Nahayo, who made a name for himself at Kaizer Chiefs before securing a move to Gent in Belgium.
“I only allowed the youngster to train with us so that I can assess him. So, he’s not with us anymore. He has moved on. He only came to be assessed. People phone me sometimes to get my opinion about a player or two for me to assess them.
“So, I allow them to train and that’s all. He was here to be assessed and that’s it. He’s 18 years old. We’re not looking for centre backs and we’re not signing anyone,” said Marques.
