Niang Back To SuperSport?

28 November 2012

In some shock news ahead of the January transfer window, the Siya crew have been informed that University of Pretoria striker Mame Niang could be on his way back to SuperSport United.

Niang has had a good start to his time with AmaTuks, having scored four goals so far this season, while creating several others for Steve Barker’s outfit.

The 28-year-old striker was released by SuperSport at the end of last season after being told that he was surplus to requirements at Matsatsantsa, however it now seems that the club may decide to try and bring him back in.

While the forward is still contracted to AmaTuks, SuperSport may look to offer him a pre-contract in January, when his current deal will be six months away from expiration. However it is believed that, following his good form, the PSL newcomers will be eager to keep hold of the Senegalese striker.

Niang has played in nine of Tuks’ 12 games so far this season, helping them to the impressive fifth place position they currently occupy on the Absa Premiership table.

I don't see why supersport want the man back cause he pay with his head not foot and he don't have pressure to back line unless is corner kick
