More Legends Commit To Honour Madigage
09 November 2012
The South African legend squad that will be taking on a German legend outfit at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, in honour of the late Thomas Madigage, has been boosted with the addition of some high profile legends.
Doctor “16V” Khumalo, Frank “Disco” Makua, Jerry “Legs of Thunder” Sikhosana and Maimane Phiri have pledged their support for tomorrow's game and will be in the squad under the guidance of coach Clive Barker.
“I feel honoured to have been invited to be a part of this venture and would not have missed it for anything. There is no greater honour than playing for your country, but this time doing it for a good cause of remembering the life and times Tommy who was taken from us too soon,” Barker told SAFA.
“It also gives me a great pleasure to be occupying this seat once again to lead some of the greatest players this country has ever produced. It brings back wonderful memories and it would be wonderful to link up again with those players after such a long time, and I am also confident we will give the fans their money’s worth,” he added.
The game will be played at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Saturday, November 10, and will commence at 17h00. The game will be televised live on SuperSports Blitz, at 17h00.

Where is the greatest John 'Shoes' Moshoeu Chiefs have ever produced? Anyway, Eto'o: 'Doctor is a world class midfielder. He is still fresh and should have not retired as yet. What a dynamic player!'

Really you've got to Love this club (Kaizer Chiefs FC) since everybody who suffer ; Hatred,Anger,Intellect,Inferiority complex,Low IQ,Low self esteem, etc, can vent their frustation by commenting/speaking ill and bad about The Glamour Boys and Feel better about themselves or their forever under-achieving small clubs.
