Majoro Wants Bafana Call-Up

Lehlohonolo Majoro is determined on being included in the 2013 African Cup of Nations squad. The Kaizer Chiefs striker believes that he should be included in coach Gordon Igesund’s squad, given his current form.
The former AmaZulu forward wants to represent his country and be a part next year’s African show piece, which will be hosted on South African soil. Majoro said that he will continue to perform for Chiefs as he pushes for a place in Igesund’s squad.
"If I was the one selecting the team I could have put myself there. You know the Afcon is a big tournament and every player would want to be there. I want to be there. I want to play for my country.
“But for me to be there I have to play well for Chiefs because they are the ones who pay my bills," Majoro concluded.
Igesund’s strike force has been hit by injury since his appointment at the helm of the national team and it would come at no surprise to see Majoro in the national jersey, should his form at club level continue.
