January Exodus At Sundowns

With the January transfer window in full swing, a major player exodus at big spending Mamelodi Sundowns is expected.
Players who are likely to leave the club, according to a Soccer-Laduma source within the Downs camp, include Papi Zothwane, Innocent Mdledle, Koketso Mmotong, and Tsepho Ramokala, to mention but a few.
Mabhuti Khenyeza has already signed a pre-contract with SuperSport United but according to the source, SuperSport want the player earlier than July, when his contract at Chloorkop expires.
"There is a lot going on at the team right now. There are players who are supposed to come in, and others leave. Elias Pelembe and Mabhuti could also leave earlier than June when their contracts expire," said the source.
Asked for comment, Sundowns’ public relations officer Kabelo Mosito would not confirm nor deny the movements at the club.
"We are reopening on Monday, January 9, and its when the coach will give us the players he wants or which ones are not in his plans, so for now I cannot say much on this issue. Let's wait for the team to come back from holidays then we can talk," the former Motsweding FM DJ said.
