Doutie Missing From SuperSport Training

SuperSport United’s new signing, Sameehg Doutie, has been conspicious in his absence from the Tshwane-based club’s training grounds, since putting pen to paper from Orlando Pirates.
After investigating, the Siya crew has learnt that Doutie was last seen at training when he went to do his medical earlier this week. “He’s not been to training since then, so I don’t know what’s happening, but his transfer has been finalised with Bibo (Thandani Ntshumayelo) going the opposite direction,” said one source.
Another source told the crew, “I heard he was not feeling well, suffering from tonsilitis, and should be back soon.”
The crew’s attempts to get hold of Doutie proved fruitless, as his cell phone was either off or unanswered when the crew called him on numerous occasions.
SuperSport’s communication manager, David Skosana, told the crew, “I haven’t been to training but if he’s suffering from tonsils, that’s nothing new because players are always given time off when they’re not well.
"The other thing is that we’re not playing any league matches, so there’s no need to panic. He is our player and it's no big deal.”
Doutie joined Pirates from Ajax Cape Town at the beginning of this season and only made three league starts with one substitute appearance under Julio Cesar Leal.
