Arrows Appoint Analyst
25 January 2012
Golden Arrows have reshuffled their technical team, appointing Alexander Polking as their game analyst.
Coach Muhsin Ertugral has seen somewhat of a resurgence in the Arrows side since taking over from Ernst Middendorp last year and has had a busy transfer window, building a team that could well push on from their slow start.
With Ertugral at the helm, the club also introduced former Kaizer Chiefs trainer Elsa Storm as the club’s official physical trainer. With this in mind, the Siya crew have learnt from the club’s chairperson, Mato Madlala, that Polking has been redeployed and will now concentrate on analysing games for them.
Madlala explained, “When coach Middendorp was around Polking acted as an assistant at some stages but he was not here to coach. He helps analyse the performances of the playing squad during each and every game, so we’ve just put him back into his area of specialisation.”

That's a typical coaching/managing that is needed for PSL teams, hope Bra J is watching.

Arrows join the few clubs in the PSL who have video and just match analyst! Congratulation Mato Madlala and I am sure Rocky is turning in his grave.
