Itshegetseng For FC Cape Town?

Former Free State Stars midfielder Lehumo Itshegetseng could be joining NFD outfit FC Cape Town as he attempts to revive his career. Itshegetseng is currently without a club, having left Thanda Royal Zulu at the end of last season.
The 27-year-old midfielder informed the Siya crew that he is back in Johannesburg, after having sorted some personal issues out.
“I don’t have a team this season. I was with Thanda (Royal Zulu) last season, I had signed for one season with Thanda. I haven’t got a team so far this season and my wish was to get a club in Jo’burg so that I can be closer to home. There was something that I needed to sort out at home. I am currently in Jo’burg.
“My agent has been trying to help me to get a club, I am waiting to hear from him. The last time we spoke he told me that I was supposed to go to Cape Town. I think he spoke to the guys from FC Cape Town about a possible move to the club. I am waiting to hear from him again,” said Itshegetseng.
Itshegetseng is one of the players that were instrumental in helping Mpumalanga Black Aces when they gained promotion to the PSL in the 2010/11 season. However, his departure from the club in pursue of greener pastures at Stars hampered his progress.
