Mthombeni To Leave The Sea Robbers

Soccer-Laduma can reveal that Orlando Pirates left-back Mzondi Mthombeni will be let go by the club and will not turn out in the black and white colours of the Buccaneers next season.

The former Bloemfontein Celtic defender was signed last season with much expectation but found it hard to break his way into the sta-studded Bucs first team.

The Siya crew previously reported Bucs’ interest in Shere Lekgothoane and Ruben Cloete respectively for the troublesome defensive position.

The 22-year-old defender still has two years left on his contract and it remains to be seen if his departure will be on a loan basis or a permanent one. Watch this space!

@Liesbeeck: Igesand is good but we cannot afford to lose to KC since he can't beat them. @Flah Blah I agree with u, Mdledle was not supposed to be released. Mdluli, Manyisa, Floyd Mbele & Chiloane must follow ASAP.
